Very lengthy process, Zoom call with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a long take home assignment, followed by a presentation to a panel of 4, followed by 4 more interviews. They made an offer. We started to negotiate, they ghosted. Unprofessional.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I appreciated the recruiter was upfront with the process and the compensation. The process looks like: - 30 min call with recruiter (basic questions like, what are you looking for in next role) - 45 min call with the manager of the team (this interview was very light, mostly answered my questions) - a take-home test - an "on-site" series of interviews One thing I will also note is that the interviewers were late to each phone call, which was rather anxiety inducing. Sub 5 mins late is fine, but when each call is 10-15 minutes late I don't feel like my time is respected. Also makes me start questioning if I gave the correct phone number, etc.
