Smart Skin Technologies interview questions

Very scattered, no structure whatsoever. They were using an outsourced HR agency. Right from the start my experience was negative. The recruiter asked for my availability for a phone screen and then proceeded to call me outside of those available times even though we are in the same time zone. I gave them another shot and took the interview with the actual Smartskin team. Although it took 3 weeks to actually get them to commit to a time. The two people on the interview didn’t seem prepared and there was no actual structure. They bounced all over the place, mostly talking about how they grew the company and not asking me many questions about my qualifications. Then they said they’d be in touch the following week and I never heard back. The recruiter emailed me to ask how things went and again I never heard back after I gave her feedback. So many red flags here.
