Terrible interview experience. Do not work here, especially if you are a female. I was interviewed by 3 Solenis male managers where they made sexually inappropriate and sexist comments towards me. Incredibly unprofessional and disgusting.

The interview process is long. It takes about 4-5 rounds of interviews which can span from 2-4 months. The company cares about the people they hire and how they will integrate into the team. They put a lot of emphasis on previous experiences found on your resume.

Applied on Linkedin, was contacted by a recruiter who explained the job details and responsibilities. The recruiter connected me with a hiring manager who gave some basic behavioral questions and then said he would schedule a 3rd interview with a panel. Never heard back, and didn't care to if that's how they treat prospective employees. Extremely unprofessional.
