one on one In-person interview, no need to prepare they are straight forward on what you need to bring and look for. No technical questions during the interview or anything about the company.

Describe one time you faced adversity or problems in the work place, how did you resolve it?
It was a smooth interview process; the instructions were clear on deadlines for the application and when you should hear back by. There were many interviewers, and the interviews were all friendly.

Interview
Straightforward interview with basic questions about experiences and knowledge. Situational and behavioral questions. Important to have previous customer service experience. It's good to have sports as a hobby so that you can connect with company products.
first a phone call interview, to gauge experience and see if your actually fit for the role, then an in person interview to gauge knowledge and potential fit for a department
