Overall it took me 3 weeks, starting with an HR phone screening, basic behavior questions, and a general compensation discussion. then 1 week later visual interview, and then 1 week later on-site interview.

Interview
Interview started 20 minutes late. They gave me a tour of the building. Design manager was very nice and professional. We found a boardroom to do the interview. Branch manager arrived late and didn't stay for long. Then the design manager had to step out. Sat in the boardroom alone for 15 minutes. Then the manager came back. Then the branch manager came back for the last few minutes. They were very nice but very busy, I decided to withdraw my application.
