StoneX Client Management Associate interview questions

After I have applied for the post ages ago, the recruiter called me to arrange a online interview with the manager. Casual talking for more than half an hour. Later that day the recruiter called me saying the manager really likes me and emphasised the comments were written in black and white. He said they will proceed everything soon. I haven't got any feedback from anyone- no calls, no emails. I found out I couldn't get the offer by checking my application status on the StoneX website, 3 weeks after the interview. I will avoid this company whose employees are untrustworthy, unprofessional and lack of sense of responsibility.

the whole interview took around 20 mins and was casual. Interviewed by HR and two seniors in the team. I was asked about describing good customer service and why this position. Pretty easy questions in general.
