Stryker Engineer interview questions

30Min screener call with the local department manager. Asked standard interview questions with nothing out of the ordinary. Allowed minimal time for questions at the end of the call. Second interview to be on site with multiple staff members.

Moderate. Your resume is key. I think resume helped me a lot. Everything was focused on my previous experience. Be humble in interview process, talk with respect but confidence. They will take 3-5 rounds depending on team. Expect 1-2 technical rounds. Mostly first 2 rounds will decide if they want you & later rounds will decide your salary. If you are already high paid don't expect a call after 2-3 rounds.
