Syngenta Research Associate interview questions

2 interviews for the whole process: Theoretical knowledge of plant biochemistry, products, methodology and questions to assess personality and see future goals. Physical competence, ordering of plants and understanding weeds and crops

Applied on site. Got a call for an interview in March 2016. Interview was in two round technical and HR. First I went through a test, Then actual face-to-face interview was done. There was panel of 4 people. They were supportive while interviewing me. Comforted and interview went very well. Then there was HR round on the same day. On May 2016 I joined Syngenta.
