I applied online and was contacted by an HR representative to schedule an interview. I promptly replied, received a confirmation, and thoroughly prepared. However, on the day of the interview, no one called me at the scheduled time. I waited for 15 minutes and attempted to reach out using the contact number provided — no response. I also followed up via email but never received a reply.
Two weeks later, I received a generic rejection email. When I logged into my application portal, it showed my application status as “withdrawn,” which was not initiated by me. There was no communication or explanation from the company.
The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy was disappointing. I expected better from a company of this size. I hope they improve their candidate experience — no one should be ghosted after preparing and showing up for an interview.
