They asked about my sales and call centre experince (this was for a call centre position) and then asked me what the words "commitment" and "reliability" mean to me. I essentially gave them the dictionary definitions

Video interview scheduled before hand by a phone call from recruiter showing private number. There was only one round to the interview and common customer service questions were asked as well as some sales questions
Started with a phone interview with an HR admin with a standard set of questions. Then a sit down interview with the hiring manager with a more formal and fluid conversation
