Apply on company site through online portal and then accept in person interview. Go into the store for an in person interview and tour of the facility. Once complete do on site safety training.
It was a casual interview because I was referred to from family and friends to the business. At least the interviewer was kind enough to give me a chance and it felt somewhat empathic due to the flow of the conversation.
