Disorganized and drawn-out interview process. Phone screen started with a timezone error, followed by a strong first interview with the hiring manager. The second in-person interview was poorly coordinated — calendar invites were never sent, managers weren’t expecting me, and the interview itself consisted of only two high-level questions with no follow-ups, no notes taken. It would have been over in 5 minutes if I hadn't taken control and started asking questions. Compensation details were inconsistent with the the job posting. Although I was given the impression a decision would be made quickly, there were weeks of silence before a rejection by email on a Friday afternoon, and only having communicated by phone up until that point. Overall, the process felt rushed, inconsistent, and not well managed.
