Long process but very organized. Online orientation into the company and two online interviews. The process was very straight forward and hassle free. Required to provide references. Interviewers do not generally have a ton of knowledge about working in the stores, just about the company itself.

They were interviewing me for 3 months! Not committed to time, not committed to their words, and not committed to conditions. A very shaky deal, in a way to keep the company on the safe side.

Over the phone interview, I was already part time, so they knew me really well. I had worked here for 2 years, between casual, part time and supervisor. The company already knew how dedicated I was.
