First 2rounds relatively easy, very warm and welcoming manager and hr. Final round was too bad the interviewers were not welcoming and rude and constantly judging you on all of your answers in a bad way, they will tell you about there being only 1 interviewer but there will be multiple and constantly bombard you with questions so be prepared for that

Question 1
Why third bridge? ( no matter what kind of answer you give they wont be satisfied and keep asking you why specifically this role)
3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.
easy case study in depth to make sure you are knowledge and can speak to things. Also included you to do a pitch as if you were talking to your client and selling a expert to them.
In the technical round with Third Bridge, I was given a case that tested how I would approach sourcing experts for a client. The task was to identify three relevant profiles on LinkedIn and clearly explain why each person would be a strong fit for the project.
