Starts with a standard recruiter call, then 30 mins with the hiring manager, followed by mock demo, and two interviews with senior leadership. Hiring manager call is pretty relaxed, and they go over what they’re looking for in an AE.

The first stage was an interview with the Lead Product Designer. The conversation was straightforward and conversational rather than technical. It focused primarily on understanding my background, previous experience, and how I approach product design. It felt like an initial screening to assess overall fit and experience rather than a deep dive into case studies or problem-solving exercises.
