Travelers Insurance Advisor Trainee interview questions

Connected at a Career Fair, assessment, phone interview with recruiter, and then Zoom interview with hiring Managers. Waited 15 minutes for Zoom interview with hiring managers to then get a generic rejection email. I felt like I was a solid candidate and someone who is eager to learn and be developed. I feel this is just another company that interviews applicants, but never hires anyone.
