The in-person interview with the hiring manager lacked personal touch and engagement, leaving me unimpressed with the company as a whole, largely due to the interviewer's techniques. Perhaps there was a lack of connection between us. This is crucial for me since I view the interview process as an opportunity to evaluate the company, and if this is a representation, I may reconsider working for them.

Contacted by in-house recruiter initial phone screening went well. Phone screen with HR then interviews with peer and two executives. All interviews felt like conversations, seemed like great group of people from start to finish.
