After assessment, initial interview mostly about professional or job experience. They will also discuss compensation and benefits. Tnext is panel interview, situational and behavioral. Other candidates were a lot better than me when it comes to skills, credentials, educafion and experience. Im reallt grateful I was able to pass the screening. Only the two from our group were selected. I think it is not just about how good you are, they are very critical about work ethics and positive attitude.

2 versant rounds followed by interview. 1 was voice versant & other was non-voice versant. The rounds are eliminatory i.e.,If cleared in 1st then proceed to 2nd and then to interview. It took 1 day for whole process and you get to know result on same day or next day

Phone interview, video interview, quantitative aptitude and personal interview, situational questions in all the personal interview rounds. The interviewers were very easy going, they made me feel very comfortable which helped me in not getting so nervous about the process
