Unity Health Toronto interview questions

You get a phone call to schedule an interview, the interview is a panel of two people, after the interview, they tell you that HR will contact you in a week whether you get the position or not, in my case HR requested references. My reference is completed the form. I just haven’t heard a response on next steps.

I applied about a month ago and was later contacted by the recruiter to schedule an interview. The interview was conducted by two panelists. During the interview, I was asked several behavioral questions focused on teamwork, conflict resolution, and communication, along with clinical scenario-based questions to assess my critical thinking and nursing judgment.
