From day 1 of engagement, the interview process at Unity has been the best I've ever experienced! The recruiter was very kind of forthcoming, the interview scheduling process was nearly seamless and the team was informative and inviting.
Interview process was about 2-3 weeks. I felt that the hiring team did a great job of actively listening to my responses and the conversations didn’t feel forced or uncomfortable.
