It was around 45 minutes consisting of ethical and situational questions. Asking about “if you entered this persons room and this was happening what would you do” “If you were in the elevator and two nurses were talking about a patient what would you do” I think it depends on the specialty/unit you’re interviewing in for the situational questions but overall it was good!
