I find the hiring process very organized, it is automated, but it took them a while to respond after you take the online assessments. Overall it is a pleasant process.

Question 1
One of your daily tasks is to monitor your clients inbox and respond to emails on their behalf. Please write out an email response declining an invitation to a meeting that they are unable to attend. (Verbal & written)
Application took over a month, still no updates from the company. Unorganized even though it is completely automated. You would think if you are relying on a program to run your HR hiring process, it should be able to properly scope out candidates for you so that the process would be more efficient. Honestly curious on how this company's HQ office is running their business.

They make you do skill assessments, then a "self directed interview" in step 3 of 7 of your whole interview process. Then you will get crickets from them. I don't even know what step 4-7 of this application could be made up of considering they only pay you $18 CAD/hour and they've already wasted your time at this point. Do yourself a favour, just apply to an Admin Assistant job at a reputable and larger company in your area with non-exploitive rates, full benefits and they will give you their within the same week.
They offer group interviews so you cannot be shy. The interviewer is very nice and will ask straightforward questions/common questions that you hear in many interviews . Be confident and you will stand out.
