Virtusa interview questions

Extremely disappointing hiring experience. More than 60 candidates were called for the same position, yet the interview process appeared completely unorganized. There was no interview panel available initially, resulting in long waiting hours. After spending almost 8 hours going through an AI screening round followed by a face-to-face interview, I was left without any feedback or update from HR, despite clearing all rounds. Candidates deserve timely communication and respect for their time. Ghosting applicants after such a lengthy process is highly unprofessional.
