Phone screening interview was conducted by an HR recruiter. She began the interview briefly describing the role & the company. What I consider unacceptable is that she posed questions into her laptop microphone as she walked around the room resulting in her voice being difficult to understand from a distance. Common courtesy and professionalism lacked and ended any interest on my part.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Visier (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2017
Interview
- Phone interview was thorough. Got to learn a lot about the company.
- 1st interview was more technical. Learned a lot about the culture, how the team's way of working, what challenges the team has, more detail about the role
2nd interview was with upper management. Learned a lot about their vision. More scenario type of questions.
