You get into a Zoom call, if you're a contractor you may get asked about your future aspirations in which could be at Westlake. If you have certifications, express them in the interview and say that you have experience with systems including installing or imaging computers, laptops, desktops, etc... It is pretty laid back for the most part and quick enough that it won't take more than an hour.
