I applied online. I interviewed at Wilbur-Ellis (Dublin, OH) in Jan 2026
Interview
I had an initial phone interview with an HR/recruiting representative, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager a couple of days later. The hiring manager joined a few minutes late, which I understand can happen and did not concern me. However, what I found challenging was what appeared to be a lack of preparation for the interview. She asked very few questions and did not inquire much about my work or job history. It often felt as though I was driving the conversation, which can be appropriate at times, but in this case, it created the impression of limited engagement and interest in me as a candidate.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wilbur-Ellis (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2025
Interview
Length of time was about less than 2 weeks. Submitted an application online, received a correspondence through email to set a phone interview. The phone interview was concise, pleasant, respectful. Later, I'm notified through email, with a grammatical error mind you, after about a week, that my skills & experience don't match the needs of the company at this time.
