During the interview, a task was set to be done over 2 days. It took me one day to complete the task based on my connections. When task was completed, interviewer did not pick up call and indicated after that they have already selected someone else. Time wasted.

A good recruitment process, all communication from first screering to actual interview were held online. Good and clear communication and follow up from the hiring team and hiring manager. Standard questions but also time for own questions.
