The interview process was 30 minutes long, I was interviewed first by the hotel manager who asked me about my interest in this position and my previous experience dealing with customers. We talked about how well I know the area and what languages I can speak. Then the assistant manager interviewed me to discuss about the expectations of the role and the workplace culture.

Easy to interview. Managers were kind and very professional. Great place to work at and employees support each other. I had a great time while working there. Interview was easy i got a call next day with an offer.
