Interview
I was referred in by a friend (Monday) and got a call from a recruiter the following day (Tuesday). The screening call went well and I was brought in for an interview with four team members the next day (Wednesday). The next day (Thursday) I was an extended an offer I had two business days to respond on.

Interview
Had 2 rounds of in person interviews (30 per interviewer). Spent the entire time talking about myself and my experiences so there was no time for in depth Q&A. I had some media experience, learned a couple of buzz words and researched the company a bit. Questions were mostly common sense.

Great process, thorough and organized. I enjoyed coming into the office, meeting team members and the thoughtful discussion. Asked questions about my general background, interests etc. and gauged for both culture and technical fit which is important.
