The recruitment process was very clear from the first moment, I was shown all the steps that included- 1. First technical interview 2. Second technical interview 3. Interview with the R&D director and the VP R&D 4. HR Interview 5. Optional according to the previous steps - an interview with the team The first interview gave me a very positive feeling, which opened with a short presentation about the company and what is the main product that I will develop, it gave a good context. In all the interviews the atmosphere was good, pleasant, nice and professional people. The recruitment process took 3 weeks during which I was updated on all the steps and HR was in communication with me regularly.
