Yotpo has a very practical and structured recruitment process, and they make sure you get a feedback at each step of the process, even though you get a no for the next step.
Recruiter screen, hiring manager, reverse peer interview (opportunity to case a potential team member questions), followed by a case study (mock kickoff call) presented to a panel. The interviewers were professional and provided feedback afterwards.

Question 1
How do you handle friction with difficult customers/stakeholders?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Yotpo
Interview
The interview process is intense with three interviews, a case study and a presentation of that case study.
Interview process was good until the last stage, where there was a clear conflict in the interviewers schedule. Meeting started 10 minutes late (tech glitch so thats fine), but meeting felt rushed with hard outs, one interviewer only able to give me 20 minutes of her time. Disappointing after the amount of time that is expected to be invested when doing the case study. I also did not get to ask follow up questions.
While the process is long, the other interviews I had were great.
