Why do you want to work on the carrier side rather than brokerage?
Three interviews, one over the phone and two virtual interviews. The virtual ones are lengthy and in the end they are just wasting your time. I recommend looking elsewhere if you are searching for a job.

2 by teams online video chat, then usually 1 in person. More behavioral questions than technical if they think you know what your doing. My manager was kind of an odd bird but somehow I got the position. The company needs people and you can pick up on that
