Application online then interview in person. The interview was done with the store manager and consisted of asking question like what previous retail/shop experience did I have and how would I handle a customer complaint?

Informal interview in-store and a phone interview with the shop manager. Very friendly and relaxed process, the asked about my interests and why I wanted to work at the shop.

Really chill interview, the managers were passionate about media and music. I got handed the job on the spot. Super casual! I had no shop experience but they saw my passion and thought I could add a lot to the store
