iQor Operations Supervisor interview questions

Meet with HR mgr. for paperwork followed by interview with operations manager. Questions were basic and not particularly probing into my daily routine as I would have expected. Interviewer seemed to relate positively to my explanation of my management style but he gave little information concerning the company's overall commitment to quality or the attainment of productivity standards.
