There are a few interview rounds until getting the final offer. The first round was with HR recruiter, the second round was with the hiring manager, and the last round was with all colleagues that would work closely with the new role. No technical questions but more on behavior. All the people that I talked to were really friendly.

I applied. I received a text message from a recruiter asking to chat. We finally chatted. The conversation lasted less than 5mins. She only asked about my work history. She said she would get back to me. I followed up again through "text message" but never heard back. I was ghosted!
