The love story between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened, located in Quebec in the Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City region had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private lounge, counter and delivery. Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal.
