Description Poulet Rouge came to life in 2012 when two ambitious young friends launched a Quick Service Restaurant in Galeries Joliette, a shopping mall in Quebec, Canada. In 2017, the brand received an additional boost when a third friend joined forces with the duo, further accelerating its growth.
Poulet Rouge translates to ''Red Chicken'' in English. As such, the colour red symbolizes energy, love and passion, the three core attributes the founders have infused into every aspect of the brand since its foundation.
Full of flavours, the menu draws inspiration from both the founders' Mediterranean origins and North American upbring-ing. It perfectly embodies the fusion of these two worlds. The food can be described as ''Modern Fusion'' cuisine.
From the very start, innovation has been an integral part of Poulet Rouge's DNA. It wasn't until 2017, after 5 years of dedicated effort, continuous learning and refinement, that we finally crystallized our unique concept : Customizable Grilled Chicken Bowls.
Thanks to the Brand's People, including our customers, employees, franchisees, suppliers and community partners, Poulet Rouge has grown exponentially over the past few years and has establised itself as an unparalleled leader in the QSR industry.
