Pros

Great benefits but no stability and lack of transparency.

Cons

This Co. engages in sifting thru people like meat. If you have a stable job or looking for one, this is not a company for you. They hire 60 people 2 or 3 times a month and get rid of 95% of their work force within the probation period. The commission is paid out but I'm not sure on what bases because you will NOT receive any account reconciliation. This was addressed during my tenure but nothing was ever done. You will have your sales STOLEN by other agents due to massive pressure to close sales - this was also addresses over the months that I've been with the company and NOTHING was ever done about it. The management was asking and encouraging employees to write excellent feedback during our weekly meetings. Notice how they no longer post on Indeed? Overall, it's a modern day sweat shop, just like all call centers are with controlling mechanism and micromanagement beyond reasonable. If you happen to get a job there, try NOT to address anything because you will not make a change, instead it will come back and bite you, likely financially. Backstabbing, favoritism, incompetence and sales practices bordering on scam.

Pros

The team managers actually care about you. But that's as far as it goes. In short, Absolutely nothing.

Cons

- They win you over of a lot of big dreams and fancy visions during the interview and onboarding, however this all evaporates once you are hired. - They lie when they say they care about their employees (Half of the teams would get let go EVERY month, Look at the rest of the reviews of 7x in any platform) - They lie when they say they believe in doing what's right (Again check the rest of the reviews) - They lie when they say they companies are willing to pay 2x for them because they deliver 7x performance. (The only company we were working for, let 7x go)

Pros

Benefits are great! That's about it :(

Cons

Everything other than benifits is a con. Training makes things fun! But, only to let you down and not prepare you on how to be successful after training. They give you an hour lunch instead of a half hour when you join a team. They let you off 30-60 minutes early and love to promote 7X University games and Kahoot games. In the real world you'll probably work 30-60 minutes extra time stuck on a call with no OT pay. I would average at least 2 - 3 hours a day are wasted instead of teaching and preparing us for success. (Thatbis aboutb20 - 30 hours wasted over 2 weeks) They are also trying to run a comedy show (so they think) and can be borderline unprofessional on a daily/hourly basis. After training we are sent to Nesting. Consider this the real training when you actually learn something useful. However, they have to dictate a madate (apparently from Rogers) that we must hit 80% to target in 2 weeks or we are fired and let go. That is unrealistic to build a funel under normal conditions but, to make it worse the target are stretched way to far to achieve ethically. Unless you want to slam your way though sales your chances are not great. Even for someone like myself with years of successful telecommunication sales. Prepare for the worst and don't expect much at all. Turn over is the highest I've ever experienced and it's for a reason. Also, did I mention how dangerously Toxic the work environment and atmosphere is? High Stress? (All for minimal pay and minimal commissions which are sometimes late and paid minimally 2 months behind, sometimes 3.)
