Pros

Improve language skills. Meet nice Spanish people.

Cons

The company is misleading, deceiving. They purposely stall your pay and pretends they already sent the cheque. They lie by any means to get you to provide services. I was told I would be paid every 3 months for the entire 3 months. It turns out, they actually want you to work 3 months and pay you for only 1. I do not recommend this company, they are thieves and liars. They do not pay for your gas either and are very unorganized. Be ready to beg for your earnings if you follow through.

Flexible schedule, rewarding work, the social workers and nurses are very kind

Cons

Payments are made unbelievably late. Definitely dont recommend to qualified interpreters.
