      Pros

      Great company if you're looking for temporary work...the plant near you will soon close its doors! They've been closing plants throughout North America, and you will never be burdened with having too much income.

      Cons

      Back breaking work, low pay. Managers are lazy, and lack requisite knowledge. They refuse to listen to constructive suggestions from employees who know more about production and manufacturing than they do.

      Pros

      Overall I think I can take away the fact of I was in a friendly co-worker setting, and yes factory work and rotation bi weekly can be a balance with longer permanent position hire. But what makes up for it is, good pay, steady full hours (-COVID), it's a small operation, but mighty in keeping a safe and healthy workplace that extends further in keeping with above standard environmental conservation. I enjoyed my time there and after over 35 years the company had to let many go with the shut down and close the doors.

      Cons

      The only thing besides the company having to shut its doors and the bi-weekly rotation, was it took more than one contract to proceed to a permanent full time hire after passing temporary position probation time. It's a business and it takes into consideration not only the long term option for selection and fit , but also commitment, effort and patience over time untill, permanent position is offered. It can be a while, but with permanent full time hire and what the company provides you is very good. The only one last thing I would say that I had my days with; the amount of space that was available for me and the other forklift operators to work with/ deal with along with steady receiving daily product and a very busy shipping requirements increasing with demand and additional new items to add to along with line's supply, made our shifts busy and required, quick on the go thinking to get it done.
