      Pros

      People were nice, however many preached the AKKA way like robots.

      Cons

      The company does not have a clear growth strategy nor can they articulate clearly how this will obtain a better foothold considering what they offer is not unique (even though they will tell you it is). Services are expensive compared to competitors and there is little to no proof to customers they can deliver, consistently and long term.

      If you have self-doubts, working here will make them go away because you will see just how much better you are compared to the complete circus that is AKKA.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? How about this gem... My contract had a $20k annual bonus for reaching certain KPIs. At year end, I had clearly achieved all of them, but the excuse from my manager was that I had not, because... he did not show me a document with the official KPIs. So they stole my $20k bonus.
