      There are many good people working within the company. This allows one to share experiences and knowledge with and gain more knowledge.

      Cons

      There is a very little room to move up in the company. There are many talented employees sitting on the back burner with little acknowledgement or action from management. There is a significant "Silo" mentality within the departments. Many are out for their own interests, rather than the company as a whole.
