Pros

After my experience working here, I am able to work anywhere and feel like I'm being treated like a superstar.

Cons

- Upper management has no idea what's going on, lots of favoritism and office politics. As long as you're the manager's pet, you can do anything you want. - Hard workers are 'punished' with extra overtime (because stuff actually gets done). Those workers are also not allowed to talk and socialize, because the moment they do, output drops. But the lazy ones are allowed to do what they like. - No career growth. Upper management made it very clear - that they expect their employees to be 'patient' if they want a promotion. Literally gave a story about how they worked 10 years at the same job before they got promoted, so we should not expect any better. - Job description and scope means nothing here. They will pull you onto projects and expect the same output on your regular job. They will throw jobs that are irrelevant to your position / career path, and expect you to accept it even if the work takes up to 60% of your time every day. Then they keep stalling on moving this job away. When I left, they hired 2 people to take over my workload - 1 person for my original position, and another for that random job they threw at me. - No respect for work life balance. You can be tired and drained but they think throwing money at you can make it alright to keep working overtime. They will ask you to come in on Saturdays or schedule 6am meetings or scheduling 'BYO lunch' meetings!? Unfortunately, they do not understand that overtime all the time, is not OK. - There is no confidentiality with HR. Any complaint, or concern raised with HR gets out very quickly to upper management because they are all buddies. - Constant turnover - inside joke of the revolving door of ASSA ABLOY (because they sell doors!) They are unable to keep anyone that is remotely able to work, because there is no incentive to stay!

Pros

good benefits good hours

Cons

Everything else. Management lacks communication MAJORLY and blames their employees when things go wrong. When employees take concerns to their managers they are suspended and accused of being insubordinate. There is no organization in this company, they will over work you, leave you with no resources and constantly add to your work load which was never part of your job description upon hire with no incentives.
