- Lots of vacation including flex days - Hybrid work schedule - Benefits are decent

- ATCO Energy (not ATCO as a whole, just Energy) is run like a startup - Senior Management lacks communication, fairness and empathy - They do not promote based on merit - Favouritism is rampant and obvious
