pay is better than other employers in halifax area.

Cons

company has hire and fire attitude. managers hire for fulltime roles without having foresight for future assignments resulting in employees getting fired. inclusion and diversity is a big issue in some teams.

Good salary, office and benefits. Opportunities are great if you show good morale.

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy to get simple things done. Team culture can be very different based who your manager or what tower you're working in. I worked for three teams, absolutely hated the last one as there was a lot of secrecy at play.
