Cons

Management do not manage at all and all the stuff they say they will do never do. I will give it 0 star on lots of stuff if I can. Very bad and toxic work culture, over work due to planning, lots of things can be planned ahead and avoid the extra works. They will not listen to any advices even if it helps.

Consistently busy, always something to do.

Absolutely no opportunity for promotions, low pay, pathetic yearly "merit increases" that don't even meet the rate of inflation so your buying power year over year keeps decreasing while cost of living is higher than ever before, constant nepotism in management, CEO and upper management are completely out of touch with the employees actually doing the work.
