      It’s pretty easy, phone calls, emails and cleaning storage.

      Cons

      Usually understaffed, lots of employee rotation. Angry clients … essentially have to be a therapist from grown adults.

      -Most of the staff are absolutely wonderful people

      Cons

      -Poor financial and benefit compensation -No sick days or paid days off -Management tries to adhere to a "we're family" culture, but they are not reachable for assistance or emergencies -Workplace harassment -Toxic work environment
