      Let go "without cause" after Acosta acquired our company. I had surpassed sales budget every year, yet They dismissed a senior employee in order to pay a reduced salary to a new employee. Several others have been pushed out, and/or quit. Unethical company.

      Compared to past asked positions, I can’t think if any pros

      I was hired as F/T 2 yrs. ago, reduced to 4 days (Loss of benefits, pension, 3 wk. vacation) a yr. ago, NOW reduced to 2 1/2 days p/wk. some reps let go. There haven’t been raises in WAY OVER a decade & as also mentioned in previous reviews - km./mileage Reimbursement is too low to cover all expenses plus depreciation for high km driven, no raise in YEARS ... no appreciation of acknowledgment from upper management.. tablet & battery pack are a GPS’ed ball & chain

      Acosta used to have a great staff working for them. I’m not sure that is the case any longer though.

      Cons

      Acosta has gone through significant changes over the last few years. The Canadian offices used to be fantastic. They went through a significant acquisition mode for years, and with each acquisition their interest in staff declined. They no longer value their staff as they once did. Culture is BRUTAL. The company is only interested in making money for their equity partners. Raises are few and far between and if you are one of the lucky ones, don’t expect more than 1%.
