A company that mainly employs recent immigrants to Canada and provides Canadian work experience. Location easily accessible by public transit.

Cons

Minimum wage. No written employment offer. Zero benefits. Management yells and swears at staff. Most department heads have no idea of how to manage and motivate staff. Lots of gossip. Lots of work accidents due to lack of proper training.

They are not hiring part-timers so one person has to do other works also in different areas. most of the workers are Arabic so they speak 90 Arabic language.
