- Poor management - Pay is less than other companies - especially insurance, they decreased the base salary for employees this year to $38,000! - The HR department is falling apart, The VP and directors are a joke with no people skills - They preach "Treat you like family" but they don't mean it - One of the worst cultures there is, very little diversity at the top - Very high turnover in all departments because of the low pay and incompetent managers

The management is focused on wrong priorities and it's the main problem, which destroy everything especially people’s self-worth.
