- Poor management - Pay is less than other companies - especially insurance, they decreased the base salary for employees this year to $38,000! - The HR department is falling apart, The VP and directors are a joke with no people skills - They preach "Treat you like family" but they don't mean it - One of the worst cultures there is, very little diversity at the top - Very high turnover in all departments because of the low pay and incompetent managers
